When will a specific item be back in stock?
We receive emails from customers requesting restocking information, but we typically don't have restocking information until the items arrive, if they are restocked at all. We like to maintain a constant flow of new merchandise, so sometimes restocks are not available. If you'd like to be notified when an item is restocked, you can visit an out-of-stock listing and request to be notified by email when an item is back in stock by completing the "Email me when available" form.

• What is your return policy?
We offer a refund to customers if merchandise is returned within 14 days of receipt. We do not provide return shipping labels; customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. More information can be found online:

Although this is a rare occurrence, if you receive something damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the item by emailing rousedoree@hotmail.com so our customer service team can help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do everything possible to help you. Please do not return any damaged items, as we will not accept them without prior notification.
• Why am I charged sales tax on an online order?
In 2021, many states across the country passed laws requiring online retailers to collect sales tax. We are expected to comply with these laws and collect the appropriate tax for each state in which the order is purchased, even if we don't have a physical store in that state.
• How long does shipping take?
