Shipping policy
All of our orders are dispatched from New York, United States.
Attention:
- Please read below for processing times and cut-off times.
- We do not ship packages on weekends or national holidays. Orders placed during these days will ship the next business day.
Shipping Times:
The processing time is 1 to 7 business days + the delivery time depending on your location.
Shipping Methods:
UPS Ground
- Provider: UPS
- Cost: The price varies depending on your location.
- Delivery Time: 1 to 5 business days.
- Packages delayed due to severe weather cannot be guaranteed.
- Please note that Rouse Doree does not cover return shipping costs.
UPS Shipping
We ship all orders within the United States using UPS.
UPS Ground: Orders deliver in 1 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery addres.
Delivery time does not include the processing time.
Processing time is 1 to 7 business days. Our warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday.
We ship orders Monday through Friday.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
• Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 PM EST will ship on Monday.
• If the order is placed on a holiday, it will ship on the next business day.
How Long Does an Order Take to Arrive Once Shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Depending on your location, delivery can take 2 to 12 business days (processing + transit).
Most carriers provide tracking numbers once items are scanned. Additional factors such as custom, holidays, or delays from the carrier may affect delivery time.
If the carrier is provided with your correct address and no one is available to receive your package after delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.
Once the courier returns the package, you will need to repay the delivery fee. No exceptions.
Will I Receive a Tracking Number for My Package?
Yes. Once the shipping label is created, the customer will receive tracking information by email.
Tracking updates may take 1to 7 days to appear, depending on carrier processing time.
Please note that shipping fulfillment may be delayed during holidays or sale days due to high order volume.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Rouse Doree is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information states that the package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact UPS Service directly (866-746-2040).
Any lost, stolen, or missing packages must be reported as a claim to UPS.
Important:
If you don’t receive your package and the tracking doesn’t show it as delivered, please contact us within 60 days of the shipment date.
We cannot file a claim with UPS after that window. Claims filed after UPS’s limit will be rejected, and we will not be able to provide a refund.
Extended Delays
In some instances, delivery may take longer than our stated policy times. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help resolve any situation within our control.
