Refund policy

To initiate a return please send us an email. Returns are processed within 7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

The only reasons to make a product change are the following:

1. That the product received is not the same as the one purchased in our online store.

2. That the product arrives damaged or broken.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached and packing slip / receipt (included in your parcel). 

The email to be sent with the change request must include an explanation of the problem, as well as photos and videos as additional evidence.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Rouse Doree is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to the address you provided and you have not received it, you must contact your local postal service. 

1. When the customer decides that he did not like the product for some reason that does not involve the malfunction of the product and if the mishandling and/or ignorance of the product by the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns to:

1- Pieces on final sale.

2- Gift cards.

3- Personalized pieces.

4- Surprice boxes.

Additionally, the following products are final sale: Chain Extender, Earring Backs, Earring Back Lifters.

If you purchased a pre-kitted bundle, you will have the option to return the entire bundle or individual pieces from the bundle. When returning individual pieces, we will issue a proportionate refund back to your original payment method. If you purchased a gift set, you must return all products in the set to receive a refund.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing".
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. 

Load

We’re sorry you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.

Return with your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking ID. We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Order Cancelations

Due to the fact that our shipping department is very fast with processing orders, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by Email in accordance with our Return Policy.

Refunds
Refunds will only be accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. They must be reported within 14 days of delivery. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.
