Ordering Process and Cancellations
Order Process:
1. Product Selection: The customer chooses the desired jewelry and adds them to the shopping cart.
2. Purchase Confirmation: Once the order has been reviewed, the customer proceeds to payment through the available methods.
3. Payment Confirmation: An email will be sent with the order details and the payment confirmation.
4. Order Processing: Our team will prepare the order within 1-7 business days.
5. Shipping and Tracking: Once shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number by email to track their package.
6. Delivery: The delivery time varies depending on the customer's location.
Cancellations:
• Before Shipment: If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, the customer can request a cancellation by contacting our customer service team through: support@rousedoree.com
• After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it, but the customer can request a return following our return policy.
• Refunds: In case of approved cancellation, the refund will be processed within 1-7 business days and will be made through the same payment method used.
